Peonies are so beautiful with layer upon layer of unfolding petals creating that huge blossom…
Hope your weekend is just as intriguing!

Peonies are my absolute favorite flower. A lot of my neighbors have them and they have just started to bloom. So pretty.
Peonies are just the best, xv.
I'm headed to my parents house this weekend just to snag a bunch of peonies for my apartment, I love them!
so fun you posted about peonies, i keep buying them, i think i'm developing a small addiction. they are just so sweet and perfect really. happy friday! :)
Peonies remind me of my childhood. My parents had a huge garden filled with them in the Spring. They look gorgeous on the farm house table.
Pink peonies....perfection!
Thanks for tagging me - I've just done it.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend Alice.
Best wishes,
Catherine
Beautiful. Just beautiful! I love this blog! It uplifts my spirit! I was watching one of my French films, "The Green Ray" by Eric Rohmer last weekend. I thought of you! I'm also a francophile like you!! You might have already seen it but if you haven't, I would highly recommend Rohmer's films, esp. The Green Ray.
The Peonies are beautiful... but so is that gorgeous French farm house table in the first pic!!! I've been shopping for one of those for over 5 years and still haven't found the perfect one!
Peonies are extra lovely to me because they're my best friend's favorite so they remind me of her. The arrangements you show are lush and gorgeous. Thanks for sharing them :)
Love the peonies.I really like them on that wooden dining table..modern yet homey at the same time.
They're my favorite too. (Aren't they everybody's?) I love them so much I planted a whole bunch of them in my garden in the fall. Much to my surprise, most of them are doing well! (I'm like you that way.) I've only had one bloom but I'm told it takes two years for them to flower. Fingers crossed!
Have a great weekend, Alice!
Those peonies look gorgeous! At first I didn't like peonies much, but now I have grown to love them. I especially adore the bright pink and coral ones - they just look simply divine dressed up in a plain vase.
Gorgeous flowers and arrangements! Peonies are fantastic. :-)
